Jay Mills is the author of Game On! He serves as an ordained pastor, motivational speaker, and inspirational writer who produces a popular monthly newsletter, Coaching Points, and video series, Chalk Talks. Jay is from a family of coaches. He spent thirty years coaching college football, thirteen of which as a head coach. Coach Mills served at Notre Dame and Harvard and was mentored by some of the greatest coaches of our generation, including Lou Holtz. Jay has taught a university course on coaching motivation, received the Mike Campbell Lifetime Achievement Award for his coaching career, and Jay even had the pleasure of coaching a Heisman winner.
